1.A. Labor rates usually increase every March, the current rate is around $85.00 - $140.00

2.A.With most strut problems you will feel a bouncing from the front end. Or if your tires are beginning to oval this is a sure sign. 

3.A. The MPG will start to decline this will usually be followed by a rough idle and hesitant starting.

4.A. Sometimes sellers will ad a sealant to the radiator to mask another problem. Have the radiator flushed then check for any overheating.

9.A.This sounds like it could be a CV boot problem. The boots tend to wear then tear, once the grease inside dries out. The axle will start to click. Common in front wheel drive vehicles. 

10. Most vehicles with this symptom, have the beginning signs of a transmission problem.
